Do I need to create a customer account in order to make my purchase?

No is not necessary, you can make your purchase as guest

 

How can I create a customer account?

You can create it in your check out by selecting the “create an account” box

What are accepted the ways to pay?

We accept credit card (Visa / Mastercard) and PayPal.

 

Can I cancel my purchase before is shipped?

You will be able to cancel your purchase within 24 hours after your order is placed, to do so please forward the email you received with the confirmation of your purchase to contacto@manuelgarza.com.mx asking for the cancelation, you will receive the refunds of your purchase minus the Paypal fee.

 

Can I change my purchase before is shipped?

Is not possible, as all our pieces are handmade is not possible to make any change once the order is placed

 

Can I purchase something to be delivered to somebody else?

Yes but we will need you to specify the next information:

Your name, Billing Address, Phone number, E-mail, Name of the receiver and Shipping Address of the receiver

 

What is the shipping process?

All shippings are made by MexPost Express deli very service, once your order is finished you will received and email with the tracking number and website so you be able to track it.

After the delivery you will receive a confirmation e-mail

 

How long it will take to be received a purchase?

Our shipping takes from 5 to 7 business days after the payment is received. This time does not apply to special or personalized items.

 

How can I follow the status of my purchase?

After finishing your purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail every time the status changes, also the information will be able in the “My account” section for you to check it out

 

How my purchase will be packaged?

Your piece will be in a packaging of our brand Manuel Garza, will be inside of a box of the delivery company.

 

Can my purchase be received by another person instead of me?

Yes, you will be notified by email, but we are not responsible if the other person damages your piece
What if there is nobody available to receive my purchase?

If there is nobody to receive the purchase, a second delivery will be programed (this second visit could be few hour later or during the next business day)

If there is nobody to receive the purchase in the second delivery, the package will be sent to your local post office so you can go to pick it up

We are not responsible of anything that can happen to your purchase (damaged or lost) if it can not be delivered in the two visits.

 

I bought a pair of Manuel Garza earrings and I lost one, do you can sell only one piece?

Yes, send an e-mail to contacto@manuelgarza.com.mx with a picture of the earring you need a new one. An item will be created in the store so you can make a new purchase with the cost of only one earring.

 

I received a Manuel Garza Jewelry as a gift, but it has no COA and Warranty, Is it possible to change it?

Is not possible to make any change if you don’t have your purchase receipt or COA and Warranty
